Welcome to the Private Practice of Tonia Vojtkofsky, PsyD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
providing psychotherapy for chronic stress and anxiety.
For the woman who holds everything together - and is tired of it.
You're managing it. You're probably managing it well. And underneath that, something is still running — tight, alert, never quite off. You've understood your stress. You've tried to address it, but something in your body hasn't shifted.
This is therapy that works with your whole nervous system — not just the story you tell about your anxiety, but the place in your body where it actually lives.
My approach
Most of the women I work with have already tried to fix their chronic stress and anxiety. They've read the books, done the therapy, built the routines — and they're still carrying something they can't seem to put down. That's not a failure of effort or insight. It's a signal that the work needs to happen somewhere the thinking mind can't reach on its own.
This is where I work: in the nervous system.
It’s called Somatic Psychotherapy.
Your struggle is real.
Even though your life looks fine from the outside — you are carrying something significant. It is real; it is not a character flaw, and it is not going to resolve itself through more effort.
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
Knowing why you're exhausted and not being able to stop being exhausted are two different problems. Our work together helps with the later issue: how to relax.
There’s a way through that doesn't require more willpower.
When what you've already tried has reached its ceiling, the answer isn't to try harder. It's to work somewhere different.
Where we start
All sessions are telehealth. No commute. No waiting room. A private space and a reliable internet connection are what you need to get started.
We begin with an Intake Assessment — a single 90-minute session before ongoing therapy starts. That's where I get a full picture of what you're carrying and map the specific pattern your nervous system has developed in response to it. You leave with a clearer sense of what's actually happening. I leave with what I need to structure the work around your specific presentation.
From there, ongoing sessions are 50 or 90 minutes, depending on what fits your schedule and the depth of work you’re ready for.
I work with clients in Oregon, California, Idaho, and all PSYPACT-participating states.
